If you run a TCM or integrative clinic and want to pilot tcm.ai inside your practice, apply through the interest form. Select "Clinician / clinic" and tell us a little about your clinic.
Individuals
If you are interested in joining the clinician-guided metabolic wellness program, join the early access list. Select "Individual" on the same form.
Privacy requests
To request a copy of a previous form submission, or to ask us to delete it, use the same form and state your request. We act on deletion requests within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
Please do not include health information. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, lab values, or any other personal health information through the form.
