This policy explains what we collect through the tcm.ai website and how we handle it. The site currently serves one purpose: collecting interest from clinics and individuals who want early access to our metabolic care workflow platform.
What we collect
- What you submit: name, email, clinic or organization (optional), your message (optional), your role selection (clinician or individual), language preference, and the time of submission.
- Basic technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
We do not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or fingerprinting on this site.
Please do not include health information. This form is for expressing interest only. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, lab values, or any other personal health information through it.
How we use it
We use your submission to respond to your pilot or early-access request and to share relevant updates while the program is being formed. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and our website is hosted on Vercel. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is limited to the team building tcm.ai.
Your choices
You may request a copy of your submission or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to us through the contact form on the homepage and stating your request. We will act on deletion requests within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
If our data practices change — for example, when the platform itself launches — we will update this page and revise the effective date above.
