tcm.ai is built by Spruce Health Sciences. We are building AI-assisted metabolic care infrastructure for TCM and integrative clinicians: a workflow platform that connects structured TCM-informed intake, CGM-informed glucose review, clinician-guided botanical protocols, and longitudinal outcome tracking in one place.
Why we exist
Metabolic health changes every day, but care happens in disconnected, episodic visits. Master-level clinical judgment in traditional Chinese medicine lives in a small number of senior physicians and rarely transfers into a repeatable system. tcm.ai exists to turn that expertise into structured, reviewable, evidence-building workflows that any qualified clinic can run.
Our clinical foundation
The platform is grounded in decades of TCM clinical experience in metabolic care. We are now translating that experience into structured workflows suitable for US-based clinics, with the goal of building longitudinal, benchmarkable real-world evidence.
What we are not
tcm.ai is not a medical provider. The platform does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, does not make automated diagnoses, and does not prescribe. Care decisions and medication changes are always made by licensed healthcare professionals.
